Michael C. "Mike" Billerman Sr.

Michael Charles "Mike" Billerman Sr., age 52, of Celina, passed away of natural causes on June 4, 2023, while on a trucking stopover in Muscatine, Iowa.

He was born January 23, 1971, in Celina.  His father, Henry C. "Hank" Billerman, preceded him in death on April 19, 2022.  His mother, Pamela S. (Woods) Billerman, survives in Celina.  

Mike is survived by his children: Michael Billerman Jr. of Van Wert, and Victoria Billerman and Cassie Haworth, both of Celina, and several grandchildren, including Bently and Sebastian Billerman.  Mike's girlfriend, Tina Ebright, survives in Celina.  Other surviving family members are a brother and two sisters: Chad (Megan) Billerman of Celina, Amy (Danny) Bryant of Middletown, and Megan Junod of Celina.  Mike also has a large extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mike was preceded in death by two sons: Darrin Billerman and Alexander Billerman.

After attending Coldwater High School, Mike was an over-the-road truck driver for many years, currently employed by D & M Trucking, Coldwater.

Some favorite activities Mike enjoyed were attending tractor pulls, playing his PlayStation, and helping at the annual Durbin Bean Bake.  He loved listening to country music and a little KENO gambling.

Mike was known to give creative nicknames to all his many friends and family members, with whom he enjoyed spending time.  Mike liked everyone, and his loss will be felt by all he left behind.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 12, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Matt Overman officiating.

Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.     

Calling Hours are from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, June 11, and one hour prior to funeral services on Monday, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
