Kurt A. McMichael

Kurt Allen McMichael, age 35, of Mendon, passed away Saturday, July 13th, 2013.

He was born January 13, 1978 in Van Wert. His Parents: Galen & Karen
(Brown) McMichael, along with his Sister, Amy McMichael, all survive in Mendon.

Also surviving are his Maternal Grandmother, Alice Eileen Brown of Mendon, Aunts and Uncles: Rudy & Carol McMichael of North Richland Hills, Texas, Sheryl & Jerry Ellis of Mendon and Jerry & Lynn Brown of Pueblo, Colorado, and Cousins: Nick Brown, Nicole Brown, Scott McMichael, Eric McMichael,
Emily Barnett, Rachel Reichardt and Justin Ellis.

He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, John A. Brown and Paternal Grandparents, Stanley & Minnie Ann McMichael and an Uncle, Craig McMichael.

Kurt was employed as a materials handler at the Eaton Corporation in Van Wert.

He was a 1996 Graduate of Parkway High School in Rockford, where he had played Football. Kurt enjoyed collecting and working on cars and motorcycles.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday, July 19th at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Mendon. Rev. Don Clinger will officiate. Burial will follow at the Mendon Cemetery.

Calling Hours will be Thursday, July 18th from 2-4 & 6-8:00 P.M. and 9:30-10:30 A.M. on Friday, July 19th at the Mendon Funeral Home.
