Gerald R. Allen

Gerald Richard Allen, age 85, of Celina, passed away at the Gardens at Celina, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

He was born August 26, 1940, in Delphos, to the late Benjamin F. and Rose M. (Schmitz) Allen.

Surviving are his daughter, Carmel Allen of Celina and son, Darrell Allen of Convoy, as well as 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, a brother, Dale (Donna) Allen of Georgia, and sisters: Evelyn Brincefield of Middle Point, and Melba Voltz of Waco, Texas.

Preceding him in death were brothers and sisters: Vernon Allen, Bruce Allen, Linda Bendele, LaDonna Barnes, and Elizabeth Brown.

He had worked as a production employee in the manufacturing industry, and was also a cook for many years.

He enjoyed working with horses and watching true crime television shows.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
