Donna M. Forsthoefel, age 53,
of Celina, passed away at Celina Manor Nursing Home at 9:20 P.M., Friday, September 9, 2011.
Donna had resided at Celina Manor for the last 12 years.

Born on March 27, 1958 in Columbus, Ohio, Donna was the youngest child of the late Dr. Boniface and Cecile (Collins) Forsthoefel.

Donna is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Dr. David and Rosemarie Forsthoefel of Celina and a sister, Dianne Gibson of Franklin, Indiana.

Five nieces and nephews also survive: Matt Gibson, David Forsthoefel, Jr., Heidi Forsthoefel, Katie Forsthoefel and Karl Forsthoefel.

Preceding Donna in death were her parents, a sister, Kathleen Marie
Forsthoefel and a nephew, Mitch Gibson.

Donna was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and had attended Cheryl Ann Schools in Celina.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, September 14th at Immaculate Conception Church, Celina. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.

Visitation hours at the funeral home are from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 13th and from 9:30 - 10:15 on Wednesday, September 14th.
