Bernie A. Stone

Bernie A. Stone, age 71, of Celina, died Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at his residence.  Born April 28, 1940 in Marion, Ohio, the son of the late Thurman & Doris (Morrison) Stone.

Married to Virginia Ramondelli on May 15, 1961, she survives along with two sons, Bernie (Christy) Stone of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Richard Stone of Tampa, Florida, and five grandchildren: Cpl. Timothy Stone USMC, Benjamin Stone, Amanda Stone, Samantha Stone and Alexandria Stone.

Also surviving are a brother, Lloyd Stone of Pataskala, Ohio and a sister, Wanda (Glenn) Jarvis of Athens, Ohio.

Before moving to the Celina area, Bernie retired as a truck driver for Coffman Stone in Columbus.

He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina.

Hot Rodding was a favorite sport of Bernie's.  He enjoyed attending car shows and displaying his classic cars.

Musical favorites of Bernie's were 50's and 60's Rock & Roll and Classic Country.  He also enjoyed fishing.

Calling Hours are at the Funeral Home from 2-4:00 PM, Saturday, January 14, with Funeral Services at 4:00 PM, the Rev. Jonathan Exman officiating.
