Annette Virginia Sanders, age 91, of Celina, passed away on Thursday afternoon, April 19, 2012 at the Gardens at Celina.
Born June 27, 1920 in Osgood, the daughter of the late Leo J. & Mary Agnes "Minnie" Henry Bruns.
Annette and Ted L. Sanders were married June 27, 1939 and he preceded her in death on May 5, 1988.
Surviving are 3 Children: Norma "Skeet" (Woody) Wolters of Coldwater and Patricia (Terry) Brookhart and Tom (Sue) Sanders, both of Celina, A Daughter-in-law: Jill Sanders of Wapakoneta, 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren, 6 Brothers & Sisters: Douglas (Louise) Bruns of Greenville, Roberta Hercutt and Barbara (Ralph) Homan, both of Inverness, FL, Ruth Hoelscher of Osgood, Pat (Werner) Wendel of Fort Recovery and Wanda (Marvin) Keiser of New Weston and A Sister-in-law: Mary Sanders Dock of Englewood.
Preceding her in death were A Son: Larry Sanders, 2 Sisters: Esther Muether and Pauline Wale and 4 Brothers: Bill, John, Louis & Paul Bruns.
Annette was a Homemaker and had served as a Custodian at the Richardson-Bretz Memorial Building in Celina for many years.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Celina,
its Altar-Rosary Society and the Knights of St. John.
Annette enjoyed her Grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, April 23 at Immaculate Conception Church in Celina, with Fr. Ken Alt presiding. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Calling Hours are 2:00 to 7:00 P.M., Sunday, April 22 & 9:00 to 10:15 A.M. on Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorial Contributions in memory of Annette may be made to: The Larry Sanders Memorial Fund, Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund or The Charity of the Donor's Choice.
