On June 25, 1960, she married John Fast, and together they shared 59 years of marriage until his passing.

Ada was a devoted mother to Twyla (Pete) Hayes and the late John Douglas (Tammey) Fast.

She was a proud grandmother to 4 grandsons: Jared (Isabel) Hayes, Nicholas (Elizabeth) Hayes, Ethan (Rachel) Hayes, and Jeremy (Marischa) Fast.  Her legacy continues through her 13 beloved great-grandchildren: Etta and Willa Hayes; Hudson, Hattie, Perry, and Mabel Hayes; Henrik, Foster, Calum, and Easton Hayes; and Juna, Aaron, and Madita Fast.

Ada was a 1959 graduate of Celina High School.  She worked at Celina Insurance Group, for Acme Baseball as a Secretary, and she dedicated many years of service to the Huffy Bicycle Plant, where she worked for 32 years.  She later retired from Bing-Lear Manufacturing in Berne, Indiana.

She loved knitting and cross-stitching, but most of all, she loved being around family and friends, and babysitting her precious great-grandchildren.

Ada was a faithful member of Mt. Tabor Church of God, Celina, where Funeral Services will be held.
